摘要
针对已有的端面谐波齿轮传动机构采用切向变位,不符合实际加工情况等问题,运用板壳理论的分析结果,对端面谐波齿轮传动的啮合原理、结构特点和运动规律进行了深入研究,获得柔轮在波发生器作用下的变形规律。结合实际,采用高度变位,导出刚轮和柔轮共轭齿廓的相对运动方程及侧隙方程。在此基础上,编写了端面谐波齿轮传动的啮合分析软件。利用该软件对端面谐波齿轮传动进行啮合分析,能够为确定最佳传动方案提供合理的啮合参数和结构参数,经实验证实,采用20°齿形角,柔轮最大变形量在2.1~2.3mm范围内,啮合性能理想。
To existing plate harmonic drive adopt tangential modification, do not correspond to reality and process situation, deep research had been made on the meshing principle, structure characteristic and law of the plate harmonic drive on the basis of the plate-shell theory and meshing principle, combine reality, adopt high modification, while the paper drew the change law of the flexible gear under the function of wave generator, the equation of relative motion and equation of backlash of conjugation tooth of rigid gear and flexible gear. Meshing analysis software system was designed for the plate harmonic drive, which can finish meshing analysis for the plate harmonic drive, provide corresponding meshing parameter and structure parameter for defining the optimum drive. Finally, the experimental result shows that the meshing performance is ideal at which the shape angle of tooth is 20 degrees, the variable zone of flexible gear axial deformation is between 2\^1mm and 2\^3mm.
