摘要
在论述了项目融资风险分配必要性的基础上,采用博弈论的方法,基于工程项目各参与主体的风险偏好系数不同取向,寻求项目融资风险的可能承担者,且经优化选择最终确定最佳风险承担者,并进一步讨论了其现实意义。
The authors first demonstrate the essentiality of engineering project financing risk. Using game theory, the authors attempt to find some subjects who would undertake certain risks on the basis of (project) subjects' selection of risk coefficient which interests every subject. After optimization, the best one who should undertake the risk will be decided. Furthermore, the authors also discuss its practical significance.
