摘要
针对中国加入世贸组织对人才素质提出的新要求 ,提出应从提高运用知识的能力、树立竞争意识、培养创新精神、加强心理素质四个方面来创新大学生素质教育。
Based on the new demands for the talents after entering WTO, this essay puts emphasis on how to make innovations of quality education. In writer's opinion, great emphasis should be placed on improving the ability of utilizing knowledge, adopting competitive idea, developing creative spirits and strengthening psychological quality.
