摘要
采用微机控制电液伺服万能试验机 ,对纤维体积分数Vf 为 0~ 3%的钢纤维高强混凝土(SFRHSC)进行了单轴压缩试验 ,根据实测的应力应变曲线的特点提出了含 2个参数A和B的单轴受压本构方程 .A ,B均随Vf的增大而增大 ,分别明确地反映了钢纤维对混凝土基体的增强和增韧能力 .A越大 ,材料抗压强度 fc 与弹性极限应力的差值越大 ;B越大 ,曲线下降段越平缓 .本文还给出了A ,B与Vf,fc 之间的关系式 .
Uniaxial compression experiments for the steel fiber reinforced high strength concrete (SFRHSC) were conducted by using a multifunction servocontrolled testing machine. The volume fraction Vf of steel fibers of SFRHSC ranges from 0 to 3%. On the basis of the stress-strain curves, the constitutive equations were established. These equations satisfy all the characteristics of those curves. The equations have two key parameters A and B. Both A and B increase as Vf increases, which shows that the strength and toughness of the matrix are enhanced by steel fibers. The larger the A, the greater the difference between the compressive strength fc and elastic limit stress; the larger the B, the flatter the descending portion of the curve. Finally, the mathematical expressions of A, B and Vf, fc are presented.
