摘要
根据特轻薄异型件—组合式瓶盖衬垫的结构特点和与外体组合压装前的位置与运动关系,分析了它的定位方式,进行了衬垫止口与导向键配合过程的运动学分析,确定了最佳导向键斜角的大小,同时,将其抽象为一质量为m,质心为O(a,b)的自由落体基本运动和绕一固定点回转的自由转动的牵连运动,从而为确定衬垫准确落入外体,提供了确切的结构参数与运动参数.
According to the structure feature, the alignment and the relative movement to the outer bottle body of the newly designed glass bottle cover, before pressing and assembling, the positioning of the liner is analyzed and the kinetic study on the fitting process between the guide key and the notch of the liner is carried out. The optimal angle of the guide key is determined. For the stance of the liner before its dropping into the outer body, the liner is abstracted into free landing of a body with weight and massive center O (a, b) and the liner's movement consists of the basic motion of free dropping of the work and additionally relative rotation of it, providing the parameters of the newly designed compounding bottle cover with the firm and exact data.
