整体式弹性钢模板在港口施工中的应用

摘要  整体弹性钢模板具有整体刚度好,混凝土浇筑成型后表面平整、可重复使用等优点,在工业与民用建筑中广泛使用.引用整体弹性钢模板浇筑工艺用于港口建设,可解决电缆沟施工中存在的外观质量问题.漳州港4#,5#泊位水工工程电缆沟施工采用新工艺进行技术革新获得了阶段性成果,可以说是整体弹性钢模板工艺的成功尝试. Monolithic elastic steel mould has the advantages such as monolithic hardness, smooth surface after concreting cement molding, repeating application, etc. It is widely used in civil engineering. At present, there are serious defects in the technology of moulding heavy dock of monolithic concrete parapet that are difficult to overcome. The introduction of monolithic elastic steel mould to the port construction can solve the problems both in quality and appearance for cable pitch construction. The new technology and innovation in Docks 4 and 5 of Zhangzhou Port brought up stage success. It is a successful initial trail of the technology concrete molding of monolithic elastic steel mould.
