摘要
不同激素处理无根苗后,通过直接生根与转入不附加激素的培养基中诱导生根两种处理及生根苗在五种不同基质中移栽等试验,研究了北海道黄杨试管苗的生根与移栽。结果表明,生根培养基以1/2MS(铁盐加倍)+NAA0 2mg/L及1/2MS(铁盐加倍)为宜。移栽时,以蛭石∶腐叶土(1∶1)基质效果为好,成活率达100%。
This paper studied two treatments on rooting about stems without root by different hormones through rooted directly and removed into medium without hormones to induce root.It was also studied about transplanting of tissue cultured shoots in five media.It showed that the optimal media of rooting and transplanting of tissue cultured shoots of Euonymus japonicus L..The results were summarized as follows:the proper rooting medium were 1/2MS(the concentration of FeSO_4·7H_2O doubled)medium+NAA 0.2 mg/L and 1/2MS(the concentration of FeSO_4·7H_2O doubled)medium.Through vermiculite∶humus soil(1∶1)culture 100% of the transplanted tissue cultured shoots survivd and the plantlets were established successfully in the field.
