摘要
为探讨林粮间作地除草剂使用对林木的影响,以枣树(ZizphusjujubaMill.)为研究对象,选择麦田常用除草剂苯磺隆,用不同浓度进行试验。结果表明:用1号浓度处理后,新梢生长量比对照降低17 98%,叶面积减小24 56%,开花量减少38 02%;2号浓度处理后,新梢生长量降低44 71%,叶面积减小52 63%,开花量减少68 6%;3号浓度处理后,新梢生长量降低76 28%,叶面积减小96 49%,开花量减少95 76%。对枣树叶片光合作用的影响,1号处理后Pn比对照降低13 08%,2号处理降低31 71%,3号处理降低41 39%。低浓度下,气孔导度Cs、胞间CO2浓度Ci随Pn的降低而降低,但高浓度下,Pn、Cs降低,而Ci升高。以上结果表明,苯磺隆对枣树的新梢生长量、叶面积和开花量造成极显著的影响,浓度越高,影响越大;对枣树叶片光合速率Pn的影响达显著水平;低浓度下光合作用的抑制受气孔因素限制,而高浓度下,光合作用受非气孔因素限制。
This articles studied herbicide Tribenjuron-methyl on the photosynthetic characteristics and growth of the jujube (Zizphus jujuba Mill.) to understand the effect of herbicide on tree growth.In the fields, the jujube was intercropped with wheat and the Tribenjuron-methyl was diluted by different concentrations, i.e. Tribenjuron-methyl #1, #2 and #3. Compared with the contrast, the growth rates in new tips under the treatment of Tribenjuron-methyl #1 were reduced by 17.98%, leaf sizes by 24.56%, and blossom quantities by 38.02%; the growth rates in new tips under the treatment of #2 were reduced by 44.71%, leaf sizes by 52.63%, and blossom quantities by 68.6%; the growth rates in new tips under the treatment of #3 were reduced by 76.28%, leaf sizes by 96.49%, and blossom quantities by 95.76%.Tribenjuron-methyl also had a great effect on photosynthetic rate (Pn) of jujube leaves. The Pn treated with #1, 2 and 3 was reduced by 13.08%, 31.71% and 41.39% respectively. Under low concentrations, Stomata conductance (Cs) and Intercellular CO_2 (Ci) were decreased with the reduction of Pn.While under high concentrations,Pn and Cs were decreased and Ci, however, was increased. The result showed that: Tribenjuron-methyl could cause remarkable effect on the growth rate in new tips,leaf size and blossom quantities of the jujube.The higher the concentrations were, the greater the effect was.Tribenjuron-methy had a great effect on Pn of jujube leaves.Stomata factors appear to limit the inhibition of photosynthesis under low concentrations, in contrast, non-stomata factors limit the inhibition of photosynthesis under high concentrations.
