摘要
以美蔷薇果肉为原料,采用萃取工艺制成美蔷薇果汁,并经正交试验筛选出最佳配方,制成美蔷薇饮料,其色泽金黄,经两年曝晒而不退色,口味酸甜微苦,各营养素含量丰富,是理想的餐桌饮料。
Fruit juice of Mei Qiangwei (Rosa bella Rehd. et wils) was extracted and the beverage was developed based on the extraction. The product is rich in nutrients with naturaly golden yellow color,and would not fad after two years exposure to the sun.
