Four Aspects must be done" in Solving Problems of Enforcing the Law at Present

当前公安机关在执法过程中存在不少问题。要解决这些问题,当务之急是端正执法思想、转变执法观念、改变执法作风、规范执法行为,务求"四个必须"。

There are many problems in the course of enforcing the law of the public security organs at present. In order to solve these problems, the urgent task is the police should have proper attitudes in enforcing the law, change the idea and way, and standard the behavior style in it. The most important is four aspects must be done.
