摘要
一起案件事实从发生到有关部门依据法律处理完毕是一个复杂的过程,这一事实形态呈现出发展的阶段性特征。对案件事实的整体传播和对某一阶段事实的传播,所产生的传播效果是有区别的,事实的不同阶段所表现出的不同寓意,决定了传播方式和原则的不同。依据不同阶段案件事实的特征和传播者所期待的传播效果,案件新闻可以分为预警新闻、案件本体事实报道和案件完全事实报道等类型。对案件的分类传播是实现案件新闻传播正面效应的必要途径和操作技巧。
From the taking place to settlement of a case by the concerned departments is a complicated course,which presents developing phased characteristice.So there are different resuits between cases report of the whole part and a certain stage,and different implied meanings in it determine various report ways and principles.Then it can be divided into warning news,original and complete fact report according to the characteristics in different stages and the results that the reporters look forward to.The classification is the essential way and operating skill to realize the positive effect of report.
