On Legal Guarantee for Citizen's Right -from Angle of Changing the Idea of the Police's Law Enforcement

全面加强人权保护是当今社会发展的主题之一,而加强司法领域的人权保护更是国际社会普遍关注的重点。我国政府针对警察执法中的人权保护做了大量的卓有成效的工作,但实践中仍有不尽人意的地方。因此,有必要根据国际人权保护的共同标准,结合我国实际,进一步完善立法,并通过教育与培训,使公安民警从根本上认识到人权的本质及人权保护的必要性,在全民奔小康的进程中转变执法观念,推动人权保护的进程。

Nowadays, it's one of the themes of social development that human rights should be strengthened, especially the strengthening of the human rights in judicial field which is the focal point that international communities pay close attention to all-side. Although our government has done a large amount of fruitful work to protect it in police's enforcing the law, there are still some unsatisfactory respects in practice. So, it's necessary that the common protection standard of international should be combined with the reality of our country; legislation should be further perfected; public security men should realize the essence and necessity of the protection through education and train and change the idea of law enforcement in the whole process to the well-to-do level. So the process of the protection can be increased.
