Thinking on the Current Situation of Law Enforcement of Xiangxi Prefecture's Policemen

近年来,公安执法问题成为人民群众普遍关注的焦点和热点问题。公安执法中的有法不依、执法不严现象,严重影响了公安机关和公安队伍的形象,侵害了当事人的合法权益。正确认识公安执法现状,分析原因,查找症结,因症施治,是当前各级公安机关特别是领导同志亟待研究和解决的重要课题。

In recent years, law enforcement of the policemen becomes the focus that the people pay close attention to. However the policemen failure to work according to law and be strict in enforcing the law which have influenced the images of the public security organs and teams seriously and encroached on the party's lawful rights and interests. So it is the important subject that public security organs at all levels especially leading comrades should study and solve, that is having a correct known of the current situation of enforcing the law, analyzing the reason, looking for the crux and solving it.
