摘要
在电力市场化改革中,针对电网安全运行应关注的几方面问题,如统一规划、市场模式选择、调频、调压、事故赔偿和调度责任,进行了探讨。通过借鉴英国电力市场改革的经验,结合我国电网运行的实际情况,对华北区域电力市场的运作提出了肤浅的见解。
Reaching the objective of cost reduction and resources optimization distribution, power market reformation also bring many hazards for power net security operation. The paper focuses on the six avoidless problems for power net security operation: integrated programming, power market model choice, frequency regulation, voltage regulation, accident compensation and scheduling obligation. In view of the experience of British power market reformation, considering the network operation fact of our country, the paper provides a viewpoint on the power market management of North China.
