摘要
本文报告经内镜微波治疗消化道疾病的结果。凝固治疗上消化道癌性狭窄46例、消化道息肉10例和急性出血8例。癌性狭窄梗阻缓解有效率95.65％,息肉全部消除,急性出血均停止。辐射加温注射治疗上消化道癌48例,总有效率77.08％。治疗中和治疗后尚未发现严重并发症和不良反应。
112 cases through endoscopie microwave treatment of gastrointestinal disase was done in our hospital. Among of them it is 46 cases of cancerous tricture, 10 cases of polyps and 8 cases of acute bleeding were treated by microwave coagulated. The effective rate of cancerous stricture of upper digestive tract was 95.65％, all polyps are disappeared andacute bleeding are stopped. Another 48 cases of carcinoma of upper alimentary tract were treated by microwave radiating thermotherapy with local injection of antineoplastic drugs, its effective rate was 77.08％.
