胰腺癌中雌激素受体α与β的表达

Expression of estrogen receptor α,β protein and mRNA in pancreatic cancer

目的 :检测胰腺癌中雌激素受体α、β(ERα、ERβ)蛋白和mRNA的表达。 方法 :采用免疫组化和RT PCR检测 5 0例胰腺癌和 2 0例乳腺癌患者ERα、ERβ蛋白的表达以及ERα、ERβmRNA的表达情况。 结果 :胰腺癌ERα蛋白的阳性率为 32 % ,ERβ蛋白的阳性率为 38%。胰腺癌ERαmRNA表达水平低于ER(- )的乳腺癌 ,胰腺癌ERβmRNA的表达水平明显高于ER(+)和ER(- )的乳腺癌。胰腺癌ERαmRNA/ERβmRNA的比值明显低于ER(+)和ER(- )的乳腺癌。结论 :ERβ在胰腺癌的发生。

Objective:To detect the expression of estrogen receptor α,β protein and mRNA in pancreatic cancer.Methods:The expression of estrogen receptor α,β protein and mRNA in 50 cases of pancreatic cancer and 20 case of mammary cancer was studied using the method of immunohistochemistry and RT PCR,respectively.Results:The positive ratio of ERα,ERβ protein was 32% and 38%,respectively;the mRNA level of ERα in pancreatic cancer was lower than that in ER(-) mammary cancer,on the other hand,the expression level of ERβ mRNA in pancreatic cancer was higher than that in mammary cancer no matter it's ER(+) or ER(-);the ratio of ERα mRNA/ERβ mRNA in pancreatic cancer was lower than that in mammary cancer.Conclusion:ERβ may play an important role in pancreatic cancer.
