摘要
在介绍染色工艺特点的基础上 ,详细阐述了模糊PID控制推理系统设计的过程 ,并给出了软件设计流程图。以89C5 2单片机为核心构成控制系统 ,实现了染色工艺程序给定温升过程的计算机控制 ,提高了染色质量 ,降低了能耗 ,取得了较好的经济效益。
On the basis of introducing the technology characteristic of dyeing,the process of designing a fuzzy PID control logic system is related in detail and the flow chart of software is given.The 89C52 monolithic computer-based control system can realize the fuzzy control for the process of temperature rising and thus improves the dyeing quality,reduces energy consumption and achieves better economic benefits.
