摘要
为了有效地处理废水中的有机物和氮,开发了一种新型高效一体化的厌氧及二级交互间歇曝气生化脱氮新工艺 CHBNR(Cui HongBiologicalNutrientsRemovalProcess).该工艺有好氧、缺氧、厌氧区三部分所组成,能够有效地处理有机营养成分.试验记录表明从开发到试运行,CODcr和BOD5的去除率始终保持在92%以上,T N去除率在不同的BOD5/TKN的比值下有所不同.即BOD5/TKN在3.6~7.8时,T N去除率在87%~89%之间;BOD5/TKN在2.1左右时,T N去除率在65%左右.随BOD5/TKN的降低T N去除率有降低的趋势.该工艺具有非常良好的有机物及氮的去除效果,同时还有非常良好的污泥沉淀性和较高的悬浮物SS去除能力.
In order to treat organic compounds and nitrogen in wastewater effectively,a new process named CHBNR that can remove nitrogen by anaerobic and two-stage alternation intermission aeration is developed.This process consists of anaerobic,anoxic and aerobic zone in a reactor,and can treat organic compound effectively.During research and development,the removal rate of COD_(cr) and BOD_5 were over 92% all the time.The removal rates of total nitrogen T-N on the basis of different ratios of BOD_5/TKN are different.When the ratios of BOD_5 to TKN were 3.6~7.8 and about 2.1,the removal rates were 87%~89% and about 65% respectively.The removal rate of T-N trends decline with BOD_5/TKN decreasing.The CHBNR reactor has high efficiencies to remove organic compound and nitrogen,and has good effect to precipitate sludge and remove suspended solid (SS).
