摘要
针对LF中影响熔池混合行为的电弧现象进行了理论分析和物理模拟实验。结果表明:电弧现象对LF混合行为的作用主要表现在其对底吹气体搅拌的影响程度。底吹气体量越大,电弧的阻碍作用越明显;中心底吹时电弧现象的影响要比偏心底吹强得多。
The theoretic analysis and physical model experiment on LF arc phoenomenon were carried. The result shows that the influence of arc phenomenon on the gas stirring action of the bottom blowing should be taken into account and the obstacle effect of electrode arc is more effective with the increase of the bottom blowing amount, especially in the case of center bottom blowing.
