The business-and-residence building is a common building pattern found along streets,and there are varieties of designs of this kind of building.This paper discusses the design patterns,norms and fireproofing effects,and suggests implementing strictly the separation measures,escaping disconnectedly,and conforming to different norms when the building function is different.
