摘要 历经4年试验研究,初步总结出一套行之有效的紫珠扦插育苗无性繁殖和移栽造林丰产配套技术措施,经在生产实践中应用证实,效果显著。扦插育苗约30~40d长出愈合组织,产生新根,60d后新萌条达20cm以上时即可移栽,育苗平均成活率为80%,最高达86.5%以上,1年生苗木平均高生长56cm,地径粗0.56cm,生长整齐,亩产壮苗2.7万多株,后代个体遗传的优良性状表现稳定;移栽造林在连续4个多月的夏旱、秋旱的情况下,成活率仍达95.9%,长势良好,1年生幼林平均高生长145.4cm,地径粗1.12cm,当年可采伐利用,以每2年采伐更新3次,平均每亩年产药材3.18t,产生了较好的经济效益,更重要的是为促进药业产业化的发展提供了新思路和可贵经验。 The effective measures of clone cuttage breeding and high-yield afforestation technology of Callicarpa japonica Thunb were pointed out by experiments performed in the past four years.The new roots formed 30~40 days after cuttage, and transplanting was done after 60 days when the sprout growth was more than 20 cm.The cuttage survival rate was up 80%,with a maximum rate of 86.5%.The one year old seeding average height was 56 cm and diameter 0.56 cm.The seedling was 27 thousands per mu and the growth healthy.And the elite hereditary features were stable, with a 95.9% survival rate and fine growth in the four monthes dry season from summer to autumn.The one-year second growth average height was 145.4 cm and diameter 1.12 cm,and could be used for cutting in a year.Cuttings could be taken three times every two years,the production was 3.18 t per mu and got good benefits.Medicine production could be accelerated based on these experiments.
