摘要 研究了各种成分对MgO CaF2 Al2O3 MnO渣系焊剂焊接工艺性能和熔敷金属中扩散氢含量影响的规律,并在此基础上研制出了一种碱度BⅡW为2 3的低合金钢埋弧焊焊剂,该焊剂具有脱渣性良好、焊缝成型美观等优点,且熔敷金属中扩散氢含量达到低氢水平,与合适的焊丝配合焊出的焊缝金属能满足-20℃低温冲击韧度要求,其抗拉强度达到650MPa. The regularity of every ingredient influenced the welded technical characteristic and the diffused hydrogen content for the deposited metal of agglomerated flux with the ejected course of MgO-CaF_2-Al_2O_3-MnO was presented here, based on which, an agglomerated flux for submerged-arc welding of low alloy steel was preparedThe ejector is easily doffed and the welding formation is favorable. The diffused hydrogen content for the deposited metal reaches the level of low hydrogen.The low temperature charpy toughness at -20℃ meets the requirement when it is matched with suitable welding wire and the tensile strength of the deposited metal reaches 650 MPa.
