Analyses of Resources Condition and Economic Benefit in Land Development and Arrangement Research——A Case Study in Huangtian Area, Fuling, Chongqing

根据研究区的自然和社会经济条件以及土地利用状况,对土地开发整理项目进行了资源条件分析和效益分析,并运用静态经济效益分析、动态经济效益分析和敏感性分析等方法对项目的经济合理性进行了论证与评价.

On the basis of the natural and socio-economic conditions and the state of land-use in the research area, analyses on socio-benefit, economic benefit and ecologic benefit are used in the feasibility-research on land development and arrangement project. Then, various analysis methods on economic benefit, such as analyses on static state economic benefit, analyses on dynamic state economic benefit and analyses on susceptibility, are used to prove and evaluate the economic reasonability of the project.
