氯沙坦联合苯那普利对慢性肾衰患者的肾脏保护作用

Losartan combined with benazapril for protection kidney function in patients with chronic renal failure

目的 探讨氯沙坦联合苯那普利对慢性肾衰患者的肾脏保护作用。方法 将 90例慢性肾衰患者随机分成氯沙坦组 (A组 ) ,苯那普利组 (B组 )和氯沙坦加苯那普利组 (C组 ) ,治疗 12周。分别观察第 4、8、12周血压变化 ,第 12周肌酐清除率 (Ccr) ,尿蛋白量 (pro) ,卧位血管紧张素Ⅱ (AngⅡ )水平及副作用。 结果 治疗 12周A、B两组Ccr无明显下降 ,C组有所增加。三组尿 pro均有所减少 ,C组较A、B组更明显 (P <0 .0 1或 0 .0 5 )。三组均有降压作用 ,C组控制更理想。结论 氯沙坦联合苯那普利应用对肾脏有更好的保护作用。

Objective To evaluate Losartan combined with benazapril for protection kidney function in patients with chronic renal failure. Methods Ninety patients with chronic renal failure were allocated to losartan group (group A), benazapril group (group B) and losartan combined with benazapril group (group C), and they received treatment for 12 weeks. The blood pressure changes at the fourth, the eighth and the twelfth weeks; the creatinine clearance rate(Ccr); the urinary protein(pro) content and the clinostatic angiotensin Ⅱ levels and the drugs side effects were examined. Results At the twelfth week after treatment, the Ccr in groups A and B lowered slightly, group C elevated a bit more. The pro in all the three groups decreased, group C decreased significantly more than those in groups A and B (P<0.01 or 0.05). All the three groups could control the blood pressure, and group C had a satisfactory results. Conclusion Losartan combined with benazapril can effectively protect the kidney function.
