注射用盐酸米诺环素冻干粉针在输液中的稳定性考察

Stability of minocycline hydrochloride for injection mixed with common infusion solutions

考察注射用盐酸米诺环素冻干粉针在10种输液中的稳定性,应用高效液相色谱仪、酸度计、澄明度检测仪分别考察注射用盐酸米诺环素冻干粉针与十种输液配伍后的外观、pH、澄明度、含量、有关物质的变化,发现注射用盐酸米诺环素冻干粉针与8种输液配伍后外观、pH、含量、有关物质均无显著变化,注射用盐酸米诺环素冻干粉针可与8种输液配伍应用。

This is to study the stability of minocycline hydrochloride for injection mixed with ten infusion solutions. Minocycline hydrochloride for injection was added in respectively ten different infusion solutions, HPLC was used for determining the changes of content and related substances, and the changes of appearances, pH and clarity at different times were also be studied. The appearances, pH, clarity, content and related substances of minocycline hydrochloride for injection after mixed with eight kinds of infusion solutions have no significant changes. Minocycline hydrochloride for injection can be used with eight kinds of infusion solutions.
