对Sunil Chopra和Peter Meindl提出的多品种商品订货策略作了进一步探讨,通过对库存成本的比较分析,证明了在一定条件下统一订货策略并不优子单独订货策略,从而修正了Sunil Chopra所得出的结论。

This paper makes a further analysis of ordering approaches to multiple products which proposed by Sunil Chopra and Peter Meindl. By comparing the inventory cost, it is proved that under certain conditions the unionized ordering approach in each lot is not better than the independently ordering approach.
