摘要
采用四丙基氢氧化铵为模板剂,硝酸铁为铁源应用水热合成法制备了一系列FeZSM-5分子筛催化剂,利用X-射线粉末衍射分析,N2吸附/脱附,元素分析等技术对催化剂进行了表征.并进行了所制样品对甲苯催化氧化制甲酚反应催化性能的研究.本文详细考察了Fe含量、反应物配比、反应温度以及空速等各种因素对甲苯催化氧化制甲酚反应催化性能的影响.结果表明在400℃,甲苯∶N2O为1∶4,空速为8000mL·h-1·g-1条件下反应结果最佳,最大甲苯转化率约为12.6%,甲酚选择性约为33.0%.
A series of FeZSM-5 catalysts have been prepared by hydrothermal method using TPAOH as template and characterized by XRD, N_2 adsorption/desorption, elemental analysis. The influence of various reaction condition, such as Fe-loading, molar ratio of toluene to N_2O, reaction temperature and space velocity has been investigated in detail. From the experiment results, we obtained the optimum reaction condition: 400 ℃, toluene∶N_2O=1∶4, GHSV: 8000 mL·h^(-1)·g^(-1), and the highest toluene conversion of 12.6% and selectivity to cresol of 33.0% were showed, respectively.
