摘要
使用H2+Ar等离子体法制备纳米Ti粒子并用球磨法负载到载体上,500℃焙烧后制成纳米TiO2脱硫催化剂.利用TEM、BET、XRD等手段,对催化剂进行了表征.焙烧后纳米钛粒子主要以金红石型TiO2存在.在不同温度、空速、SO2/CS2和老化条件下,进行CS2的水解实验证明,物理法制备的纳米TiO2/Al2O3催化剂具有较高的耐硫酸盐化中毒能力.
Ti nanoparticles were prepared by H_2+Ar arc plasma method and loaded on the Al_2O_3 support by ball milling method, then obtained TiO_2/Al_2O_3 desulphuriztion catalyst after sintered at 500 ℃. The catalyst has been characterized by TEM、 BET、 XRD methods. The results showed that Ti nanoparticles were oxidized after calcined and changed into rutile TiO_2. The catalyst prepared by physical method has good sulphate poisoning-resistant property at different temperatute, GHSV, SO_2/CS_2 and aging time.
