摘要
根据集成化的建模思想,利用CIMS OSA开放系统体系结构构架,并且结合使用IDEFX建模方法,对制造型企业CAPP(computeraidedprocessplanning)系统的设计做了深入分析,详细描述了CAPP系统各方面的信息特征,讨论了CAPP系统模型的共性提取问题,得到了一些可以快速建模的通用性模型.本模型的建模方法结合了UML(unifiedmarkuplanguage),具有强大的实体描述能力,具有广泛的适用性和构件的重用性.
By combining model CIMS-OSA, IDEF method, an integrated method which can be used to analyze complex systems like CAPP systems is put forward in this paper. Using the method, CAPP system is discussed thoroughly, and some general models that can be reused to set up complex models for different CAPP systems in order to finish a complicated CAPP model quickly are obtained.As some UML (unified markup language) models are employed, the method can save significant time in deploying a new CAPP system and can be used in almost all manufacturing factories.
