要将陕西民办高等教育事业做强做大,就要透过繁荣,看到"陕西现象"背后的危机,找出"瓶颈"所在,使其发展。有一定规模的万人大学,抓住提高教育质量这一办学之根本,打造名牌民办高校;让其5000人以上学校,以规模求发展,壮大自己的实力,为做强奠定基础;其余学校,将以为地方、区域服务为目标,采取灵活多样的办学体制吸引生源,不断扩大学校规模。通过以上途径使陕西民办高等教育事业进入良性循环轨道。
In order to strengthen and expand the private higher education cause in Shaanxi, we must see through the appearance of prosperity, fully realize the crisis behind 'Shaanxi Phenomenon' and dig out 'the bottle neck', namely, the hindrance to further development so as to develop some private universities into large-scaled ones with over ten thousand students. The improvement of education quality and the basic principle of running a school should always be put at the first most important place so as to help schools develop into famous universities.
