摘要
列举了高等教育的改革和发展、高校后勤社会化、中国加入WTO及民办高校自身的特点等原因所引起的学生管理教育工作出现的各种新的问题。提出了新时期学生管理教育工作的目标任务、人才教育观和管理教育原则,给出了"一件、两翼、三结构、多功能"通才教育新模式,全程三段式管理模式等8项管理教育构想。就校规校纪问题、计划外学生管理问题、到课率问题、课外活动管理问题、就业问题等进行了探讨。
This paper first lists various causes of the new problems in student management& education, including reform and development of higher education, socialization of university logistics, China's entry into WTO as well as characteristics of private universities. Then the paper sets forth the targets and tasks of student management & education in the new historical period, comes up with the ideology of talent education and principles of management & education and conceives eight hypothetical models, including training students as versatile talents with a major,diploma and professional qualification certificate, who have a good mastery of three basic skills: English, computer operation and driving and also including the new management model of 'the whole distance and three-phases (the whole distance means 24 hours' management and service of students' academic studies, daily life and extra curricular activities while three-phases refers to helping students develop good habits during their first year and imparting knowledge to students during their second year and helping students find a job during their third year ) . Meanwhile, the paper also probes into such issues as school rules and regulations, the management of students registered outside the official plan, ratio of class-participation as well as the management of extra curricular activities.
