应用含氟牙膏预防固定正畸患者牙釉质脱矿的临床研究

A clinical study of using fluoride toothpaste to prevent enamel decalcification in orthodontic treatment with fixed appliance

目的 :本研究通过指导接受固定矫治器治疗的患者使用含氟牙膏刷牙 ,以期找到一种简便有效的方法来预防牙釉质脱矿。方法 :随机选择使用固定矫治器治疗的患者 6 0名分为氟化物组和对照组。氟化物组采用含氟牙膏刷牙 ,对照组采用不含氟牙膏刷牙 ,分别比较矫治前后两组患者及被观察牙齿牙釉质脱矿发病率和脱矿程度 ,患者牙釉质脱矿程度用釉质脱矿指数 (EDI)代表。结果 :矫治前两组患者及被观察牙齿牙釉质脱矿发病率和脱矿程度均无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。矫治后患者牙釉质脱矿发病率氟化物组低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,被观察牙齿牙釉质脱矿发病率氟化物组显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,发生 1度脱矿的牙数氟化物组高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,发生 3度脱矿的牙数氟化物组低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,2度脱矿两组发病无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,氟化物组EDI小于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :在固定正畸治疗中 ,含氟牙膏能有效预防牙釉质脱矿。

Objective:To find a simple and effective way to prevent enamel decalcification by guiding patients treated with fixed appliance to brush teeth with fluoride toothpaste.Methods:60 patients treated with fixed appliance were randomly selected and divided into two groups,the fluoride group brushing teeth with fluoride toothpaste,the control group with common toothpaste.The incidence and severity of enamel decalcification in orthodontic treatment either in two groups or in the number of the patient's teeth of two groups were evaluated before and after treatment.The enamel decalcification index(EDI) was calculated.Results:There was no significant difference either between two groups or the number of the patient's teeth of two groups before treatment (P>0.05).The incidence of patients of the fluoride group was lower than that of the control group after treatment (P<0.05),the incidence of teeth of the fluoride group was lower significantly than that of the control group after treatment (P<0.01).The number of teeth whose lesion was 1 score of the fluoride group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05);the number of teeth which lesions was 3 score of the fluoride group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05);there was no significant difference between two groups of the teeth which lesions was 2 score (P>0.05);the EDI of the fluoride group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Fluoride toothpaste can effectively prevent enamel decalcification in fixed-orthodontic treatment.
