摘要
本研究历经三年通过一系列试验分析,结果表明:沼液浸种能有效地提高早稻秧苗的抗寒能力,可防止烂秧,提高成苗率8%~15%。其主要生理效应有以下几方面,(1)在低温胁迫下有效地降低了早稻秧苗叶片细胞膜的透性,电导率和钾离子外渗相应下降。(2)相对地提高了秧苗叶内游离脯氨酸的含量和膜脂脂肪酸不饱和度。(3)缓解了低温胁迫下秧苗叶片叶绿素、抗坏血酸含量下降和过氧化物酶以及根系活力的降低。(4)保持了秧苗叶内较高的含水量,减轻叶片的枯萎程度。(5)经沼液浸种的秧苗在低温后的恢复时期,存活率和秧苗素质明显高于对照。
A series of experiments showed that the cold-resistance of early season rice seedling was effectively enhanced by soaking rice seed with anaerobic fermented residue liquid. The major physilogical effects of this treatment were 1. under low temperature stress to reduce effectively the permeability of the cell membrane and to prevent the conductivity and K+-ion exosmosis of the membrane ; 2. to increase the proline content of rice leaf j 3. to cut down the decrement of chlorophyll and ascorbic acid of seedling leaf and activity of peroxidase and roots; 4. to maintain the more water content of the leaf to alleviate the leaf withering; and 5. to increase the seedling viability and quality compared with the control untreated after low temperature stress.
