小麦贮藏蛋白的特性及遗传学研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 本文对小麦贮藏蛋白的基本特性及遗传学方面的研究进展做了较全面的综述;对小麦贮藏蛋白的种类、多态性、同源性,基因定位及等位基因的变异与研究技术做了较详尽的论述;还评述了小麦贮藏蛋白在遗传改良方面所取得的进展及存在的问题;并着重指出:要改良小麦的品质,必须加强对贮藏蛋白分子生物学的研究,此外,还揭示了利用基因工程技术改良小麦品质的潜在前景。 In this paper, the author reviewed the characteristics and genetics of wheat storage proteins relatively in detail including classifications, Polymophism, homologies, gene mapping, allele diversity and analytical tools, and the advances in genetic improvement, Meanwhile, the author pointed out the problems which need to be solved in genetic improvement and emphasized the importance of molecular biology studying of wheat storage proteins in improving wheat quality. In addition, the author revealed potential prospects in applying genetic engineering technology to improve wheat quality.
