摘要
“萍乡显性雄性核不育水稻”是一种自然突变株,通过对可育株、不育株及珍A不育系的雄芯,雌芯及不同发育时期功能叶的酯酶同功酶进行一系列的比较研究,找出了酯酶同功酶各器官组织中的变化规律,发现了“萍乡核不育水稻”可育株与不育株的雄芯酯酶同功酶有明显的差异,还发现雌芯的酯酶同功酶尚无差异,功能叶未见差异。
Pingxiang nuclear-controlling dominant male sterile rice is a natural mutant. We studied the isodynamic lipase(IL) of stamen, pistil and functional leaves (FL) of the fertile and sterile plants of the mutant and Zhenshan 97A, a common male sterile line, to discover the fluctuating law of the enzyme in the parts of plant at development stages. The results showed the stamen of the fertile and sterile plants had significant difference in IL, bur the pistil and FL had not the difference.
