摘要 目的 :探讨细胞因子Epo ,VEGF基因在子宫内膜异位症 (EMs)组织中的表达情况及其与临床分型间的关系 .方法 :应用原位杂交方法 ,检测 38例EMs组织及 35例正常子宫内膜Epo,VEGFmRNA的组织定位和表达强度 .结果 :Epo,VEGFmRNA均以腺体细胞胞质表达为主 ,细胞核少量阳性 .EMs组织中Epo,VEGFmRNA表达增高明显 (3.0 8± 0 .4 8,2 .95± 0 .4 3) ,高于正常对照组子宫内膜 (0 .5 5± 0 .4 6 ,0 .4 5± 0 .4 2 )(P <0 .0 0 1 ) ;EMs组Epo ,VEGFmRNA在增殖期和分泌期表达无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;EMs组Epo,VEGFmRNA表达有相关性 (C =0 .733,P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,且EpomRNA表达随AFS分期增加而升高 (P <0 .0 1 ) .结论 :Epo,VEGFmRNA过度表达、转录所引起的局部新生血管生成增强可能是子宫内膜异位症发生的机制之一 . AIM: To investigate the expression of mRNA of erythropoietin (Epo) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)in endometriotic tissues and its correlation with clinical biological behaviors. METHODS: Endometrium specimens were obtained from 38 endometriotic uteri and 35 normal uteri. The expression of mRNAs of Epo and VEGF in these paraffin embedded specimens was examined by in situ hybridization technique with specific cDNA probes. RESULTS: The expression of mRNA of Epo and VEGF in endometriosis was 3.08±0.48 and 2.95±0.43, respectively, which was significantly higher than those in normal endometrium ( P <0.001). The expression of Epo mRNA was closely correlated with that of VEGF mRNA ( C=0.733, P < 0.001) and the expression of mRNA of Epo was closely correlated with the endometriosis' staging of American Fertility Society ( P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The increased expression of mRNA of Epo and VEGF may play some important roles in the pathogenesis of endometiosis.
