摘要
目的 :模拟吸入高浓度贫铀 (depleteduranium ,DU)粉尘和 /或有DU弹片嵌入损伤 ,研究铀在机体内的动态变化和分布的主要器官 .方法 :将大鼠分为吸入粉尘组、单纯植片组、吸入 +植片组和正常对照组 ,在吸入高浓度的DU粉尘和/或在肌肉中植入DU片后第 1 ,3,7,1 5 ,2 0和 2 6日收集尿、血、肾、肺、肝、胸骨和卵巢样本 ,预处理后用激光荧光法测定铀含量 .结果 :在 1~ 2 6d的大部分时相点中 ,吸入组中铀浓度最大的器官依次是肺、卵巢和肾 ;单片组是肾、卵巢和胸骨 ;吸入 +植片组是肾、肺、卵巢和胸骨 ,大部分组织铀浓度均高于吸入组和单片组 .结论 :经吸入途径进入的铀分布的主要器官是肺、卵巢和肾 ,植入途径是肾、卵巢和胸骨 。
AIM: To investigate the dynamic changes and distribution of uranium in rats inhaling depleted uranium (DU) aerosol and /or implanted with depleted uranium. METHODS: Rats inhaled DU aerosol and/or surgically received sterilized DU implantation in muscle under general anesthesia. At 1, 3, 7, 15, 20 and 26 days after treatment, tissue samples were collected. Uranium levels were measured by laser phosphorescence analyzer. RESULTS: In the DU inhaling rats, the organs with high uranium concentrations were the lungs, ovaries and kidneys, and in rats implanted with shrapnel, high concentrations of DU were found in kidneys, ovaries and sternum. In the rats inhaling DU and implanted with DU fragments, the high concentration of DU was found in the kidneys, lungs, ovaries and also sternum. CONCLUSION: The primary reservoirs for inhaled uranium are the lungs, ovaries and kidneys and those for the intramusclarly embedded DU fragments are the kidneys, ovaries and sternum. The combination of inhalation and implantation will result in accumulated effects.
