摘要
本文采用炭凝集法,对稻田优势种蜘蛛拟环纹豹蛛(Pardosa psevdoan(?)ta),拟水狼蛛(Pirata subpiraticus)和食虫沟瘤蛛(Ummeliata insecticeps)控制稻飞虱(Sogatella furcifere and Nilaparavata iugens)和中华稻蝗(Oxya chinesis)能力进行了监测。并用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳验证。结果两种方法的灵敏度高达91.79%和92.77%。炭凝集法要求抗原纯度高,其监测方法快速、准确率高,可供推广部门应用。
By means of the carbon flocculation and electrophoretic monitoring to inspect the efficiency of hoppers and grasshoppers to be preyed upon by Pardosa pseudou■ata, Pirata subpiraticus and Ummeliata insectioeps. The result shows that both methods were the most sensitive and rapid procedures. The prey percentages of them were 91.27% and 92.77%.
