本文给出了特征值规格化的一般方法及规格化数据的模糊收缩理论与方法,提出返生特征及无关特征的概念,给出了筛选派生特征及无关特征的一般方法;又提出均匀度函数概念,由此给出了决定特征权重系数的一般方法。

The paper has given the general theories and methods of standardization of features and fuzzy concentration of standardized data, put forward the concept of derived features and irrelative features, and given the general methods for sieving derived features and irrelative features. The concept of 'even degree function' has been discussed. Following this, the paper has also given the general method of determination of weight factors.
