摘要
在一维稳态传热学理论和工程实践的基础上,建立了冶金加热炉表面温度场与散热损失、内衬材料损伤程度间的定量关系,实现了冶金加热炉红外热像在线检测与安全评定技术。实际检测工作表明:用红外热像技术可以有效地对冶金加热炉内衬材料的损伤进行检测,对炉体散热损失进行快速而准确的评估,从而能够有效的避免各类事故的发生,实现加热炉的定期大修制度向预制性维修制度的转变,具有广泛的工程实用性。
The temperature of the surface of metallurgy stove has been computed by using one-dimension steady heat transfer model.Furthermore,the relationship between the temperature of surface and heat loss of metallurgy stove and the damage degree of its lining was established.These provide the way to detect the lining damage and evaluate heat preservation effect of metallurgy stove by infrared image on-line.It has also been proven by the examination that:both the damage degree and the quantitative analysis of metallurgy stove lining can be carried out by infrared image technology.
