摘要
根据Fich原理导出了监测组织血流的数学模型。为了验证其正确性,用近红外波长为800nm的蓝宝石光作为光源,建立了一个检测前臂缺血时的血流变化的实验系统。并同时用RunMan对血容和去氧饱和度进行检测,结合起来分析试验结果。分析表明,实验结果是合理的。
According to Fick's principle,the mathematical model monitoring tissue blood flow was derived.In order to conform the mathematical model,using NIR 800nm Ti:Sapphire laser,the experimental system monitoring blood flow in the arm during cuff ischemia was established.At the same time,blood volume and deoxy were measured by RunMan to analyze experimental result.As the analysis indicated,the result is jusitifialble.
