试验得出:在晴天日照时间内,使用100米~2的平板悬板式太阳能集热器可收集热量约36800千卡/时;在晚间和阴天,小型间接发热炉可提供热量约25400千卡/时.二者交替使用可使大气温度从10℃提高到19℃.采用134米~3/吨·时的单位通风量,在大气相对湿度为40%的情况下,对100吨原始水分为19.2%的潮湿玉米进行104小时的通风干燥,可使水分降到14.07%.平均单位降水率为0.0493%/时.
The tests indicate that use of 100m^2 plate thermal collector of solar energy can collect 36800Kg c.h.in the sunny day, the small size indirect exothermic stove can provide about 25400Kg c.h. at night and in the cloudy day. The temperature of atmosphere inside the drying cabinet was increased from 10℃ to 19℃ when alternate use of two procedures above were operated. If 134m^2/t.h. ventilation rate was adopted, the moisture content (19.2%) of 100 ton corn could be reduced to 14.07% after 104 h.ventilation at R.H.40%.
