随着电力工业竞争的加剧,通过优化电厂运行和维修以获得最大的投资回报已日渐重要,将设备状况、维修管理计划与发电相结合是进行优化的关键所在。文章介绍美国发电厂在降低运行及维修费用方面采取的措施,涉及降低损耗、减少机组运行成本、降低辅机电耗及在运行和维修管理上进行创新、恢复汽轮机容量损失等方面的内容。
With the competitive nature of the electric generation industry, it is becoming more important to maximize the return on investment (ROI) of power plants by optimizing operations and maintenances. The key is to integrate the generation of electricity with a quality asset/maintenance management program. This paper introduces some measures on reducing operation and maintenance costs taken by many power plants in America. These measures includes reducing costs of unit operating and auxiliary power, more innovations on operations and maintenance managements, and recovering lost steam turbine capacity.
