大肠腺瘤癌变过程中核因子-κB表达及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨核因子 -κB (nuclearfactorkappabinding ,NF κB)在大肠腺瘤癌变过程中的表达及其临床意义。方法 :采用免疫组化SP法测定 9例大肠腺瘤癌变、16例大肠腺瘤及 8例正常大肠组织中NF κBp65的表达。 结果 :大肠腺瘤组织中NF κB p65的表达 ( 1 3 15± 0 0 14 ,1 2 76± 0 0 2 9)明显高于正常大肠组织( 0 63 2± 0 0 2 5 ,0 5 17± 0 0 70 ) ,P <0 0 5 ;大肠腺瘤癌变组织NF κBp65表达( 2 748± 0 0 72 ,2 697± 0 0 5 5 )强于大肠腺瘤 ,差异有统计学意义 ,P <0 0 5 ;而大肠腺瘤癌变 ( 2 748± 0 0 72 ,2 697±0 0 5 5 )与大肠癌 ( 2 816± 0 0 61,2 743±0 0 12 )组织中NF κBp65的表达差异无统计学意义 ,P =0 0 68.结论 :NF κB可以作为大肠腺瘤癌变的一个预测指标 。 OBJECTIVE:To explore the expression of the nuclear factor-κB in colorectal adenoma, the relationship between NF-κB and the carcinomatous change of the colorectal adenoma,and its clinic significance.METHODS:Nine patients with carcinomatous change of colorectal adenoma and 16 with colorectal adenoma were studied,and the expression of NF-κB p65 in them were examined by the SP immunohistochemical method.RESULTS:NF-κB p65 more strongly expressed in colorectal adenoma (1.315±0.014, 1.276±0.029) than in normal colon (0.632±0.025,0.517±0.070),P<0.05;NF-κB p65 more strongly expressed in the canceration of colorectal adenoma (2.748±0.072,2.697±0.055) than in colorectal adenoma,P<0.05.There were no significant differences between the expression of NF-κB p65 in colorectal cancer (2.748±0.072,2.697±0.055) and the canceration of colorectal adenoma (2.816±0.061,2.743±0.012),P=0.068.CONCLUSIONS:NF-κB can become a predict marker of the carcinomatous change of colorectal adenoma.The inhibitor of NF-κB can prevent the carcinomatous change of colorectal adenoma.
