Sizing Efficiency of ER6503 Specially for Second Fiber

本文就再生纸施胶剂ER6503的施胶效果进行了初步的探讨,实验结果表明,ER6503对废纸浆的施胶效果好,用量小,与普通分散胶GF50相比,用量可减少20%左右;对于ER6503而言,逆向施胶优于正向施胶,最优用量在0.7%与0.8%之间(对绝干浆)。

The sizing performance of rosin emulsion(ER6503),a novel rosin size,especially used for secondary stock,were preliminary studied in this paper.The test results showed that:1 The ER6503 has relatively high sizing efficiency on secondary stock in comparison with ordinary dispersed rosin size(GF50),its dosage being cut down by 20%or so;2 The reversing sequence sizing was better than direct sequence sizing when sizing on secondary stock with ER6503,and the optimum dosage was between 0 7%and 0 8%(on dry pulp).
