肿瘤蛋白质组学研究现状
Current state of cancer proteomic study
摘要
随着人类基因组计划的基本完成 ,分子医学的研究领域转移到蛋白质组学研究。在后基因组时代 ,蛋白质组学对发现肿瘤诊断标志物及可能的新型治疗靶分子提供了可能 ,血清蛋白质组诊断模式的发展更为其临床应用提供了条件。现主要对肿瘤蛋白质组学研究内容。
