石油化工废气中有机硫化物的气相色谱分析法

摘要 本方法使用涂渍25%TCP的Chromosorb W.AW (60~80目)柱,直接进样,用气相色谱法分析C_1~C_4的硫醇、硫醚。用保留时间定性、静态法配标准气、标准曲线法定量。该方法除甲硫醚回收率大于70%外,其余各硫化物回收率均大于84%。最低检测限为10^(-6)mg,变异系数小于5%,并对一些炼油厂废气进行分析,取得较为满意的结果。 A method for directly measuring C_1~C_4 thioether and thiols in the exhaust gas from petrochemical plants by using gas chromatography with 25% TCP (chromosorb W AW 60~80 mesh) as a stationary phase is introduced. Qualitative tests are carryied out with retention time. The standard gas is prepared by static state method. And the quantitative determinations are performed by using the standard curve. The dialkylsulphide recovery rate is over 70%, the other different organic sulphides are greater than 84%, the minimum mesuring limit and variance are 10~6mg and less than 5% respectively. The method has been illustrated through analysis of thiother and thiols from exhaust gas. Satisfied results have been obtained.
