摘要
介绍用二氧化碳气体中和炼油含碱污水代替用硫酸中和法预处理。该装置是在原来硫酸中和含碱污水的基础上改建,增加了一座二氧化碳中和塔和一间中和后隔油池。具有流程简单,操作方便;对设备腐蚀少,运行正常,能长周期生产。二氧化碳气体为厂内自产,除生产用外剩余部分用来中和炼油含碱污水,能以废治废,降低成本。二氧化碳气体浓度较高。中和反应完全,出水水质稳定,平均pH值6.74。
The process of neutralizing the alkline-containing waste-water by using carbon dioxide instead of the sulfuric acid is described. based upon the revamping of sulfuric acid neutralization unit, a CO_2 column with a separator has been introduced to simplify the process and operation, minimize the corrosion, lower the cost and prolong the operation period.
