Study on WEMCO Technology of High Performance Flocculation for Oil Removal

WEMCO高效絮凝除油技术(亦称WEMCO诱导气浮选技术)应用于炼厂隔油池出口含油污水处理,经过对抚顺石化公司石油一厂、石油二厂隔油池出水反复验证,结果表明:在原水含油17.0～60.7mg/L、加药剂量15mg/L、浮选4min的情况下,出水含油能降到15mg/L以下。且产浮渣量少、浮渣含油高、含水率低,可直接作燃料燃烧。它可以代替二级压力浮选。

The WEMCO technology of high performance flocculation for oil removal is applied to treat the oily water from plant separator. Practical experience in No.1 and No.2 Refinery of Fushun Petrochemical Corp. Shows that the oil content can be reduced to 15mg/L or less by 4 min floatation after adding 15mg/L dosage to the 17.0～60.7mg/L oil-bearing water.The advantages of less scum procduct high oil content in scum which can be directly used asfuel,make it possible to replace the two-stage pressure flocculation.
