摘要 膜法A/O生物脱氮技术处理炼油污水的中型工业化试验的结果表明,现有炼油污水处理场以降低COD为主的生化处理系统的改造扩建,可以采用生物膜法前置反硝化二级好氧AO_1O_2的工艺路线,在对炼油污水中COD、石油类、酚等污染物取得良好去除效果的同时,其氨氮容积去除负荷可达0.0815kg/m^3·d,同时对影响膜法硝化和反硝化效果的一些主要因素进行了讨论并提出了改进措施,选定了工业化设计的有关参数。 Pilot-scale study of fixed-film A/O biological denitrification treatment for refinery wastewater was conducted. The results indicated that the current CODremoval-oriented refinery wastewater treatment system could be innovated and expanded, by using a fixed-film predenitrification and 2-stage aeration(AO_1O_2) technology. Satisfactory removal of COD,oils and phenols in the wastewater was achieved. with a volumeric NH_3-N removal loading rate at 0.0815 kg/m^3路d. Main factors limiting the biofilm nitrification and denitrification processes were investigated and meassured for improvement proposed. Relevant parameters were recommended for industrial design on a selective basis.
